Call to utilise opportunities

RASIPURAM: The country should try to utilise the opportunities provided under the World Trade Organisation (WTO) regime to ensure sustainable development and strengthen its science and technology capabilities, Chairman of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances & Law and Justice E.M. Sudarsana Natchiappan has said.
