Individual flyovers have to be supplemented by continuous elevation to address traffic bottlenecks. If a road, meant for road users is being used for purposes such as hawking or parking, an additional capacity created for a particular use fails to serve the purpose. Traffic on roads leading to Panagal Park should also be addressed simultaneously.
