Drunken driving challans

NEW DELHI: Over 140 people have been challaned for drunken driving in the Capital in the past 24 hours. As part of a special drive against drunken driving, the traffic police have been keeping a watch on motorists during nights near pubs, malls, cinema halls, hotels and the Ridge area.
