Jute awareness camp tomorrow

Kakinada: The Andhra Pradesh Jute Development Centre is organising a ‘jute awareness camp’ at the Bennet Club here on August 27, according to APJDC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director B.V. Rama Rao. He told reporters here that APJDC was a special purpose vehicle floated by the Swarnandhra Jute Mills (P) Ltd, Srikakulam district to promote the production and usage of jute whose utility is considered to be limited. The reality is that jute has a wide variety of applications and entrepreneurs could derive maximum benefit by setting up jute manufacturing units.
