Muzaffarnagar: A woman who refused to abort her female foetus was allegedly strangled to death by her in-laws in Samaspur village, police said. The victim’s brother Sushil Kumar in a police complaint has alleged that his sister Neelam, who was killed on Sunday, was under pressure from her husband’s family to get her female foetus aborted. Even the body was cremated without informing her parents, Sushil said. The in-laws are absconding, police said adding, search is on to nab them.
