Bonus for coir factory workers

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Coir factory workers in the public and cooperative sectors will get 20 per cent advance bonus. The industrial relations committee for coir which took the decision here today also recommended the payment of an amount equal to 9.05 per cent as incentive to them. The amount would be paid to them before September 5. The meeting was chaired by the Labour Commissioner K.S. Premachandra Kurup. —Special Correspondent
