This Day That Age
The Kosi, Bihar’s river of sorrow, which has burst both its eastern and western embankments in the districts of Saharsa and Darbhanga has inundated over 300 villages, affecting over 78,000people. The river’s twisting currents had rendered uninhabitable many houses in the affected villages.
