Oracle Financial Services, new name of i-flex

MUMBAI: i-flex solutions has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the name of the company has been changed from i-flex solutions Ltd to Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. The said change in name is effective from August 14 pursuant to the approval and fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
