Harita Seating ties up with German firm

CHENNAI: Harita Seating Systems, a Chennai-based specialised automotive seating solutions supplier, has signed a letter of intent for a joint venture in India with F. S. Fehrer Automotive, the international specialist for vehicle interior components with headquarters in Kitzingen, Germany. The joint venture, expected to go operational in three months, will be known as Harita-Fehrer Ltd. In the joint venture, Harita Seating will hold 51 per cent and Fehrer the balance. — Special Correspondent
