HZL bags award

Hindustan Zinc Limited has bagged CII-National Energy Management Award for 2008 in the competition held at Pune. About 165 companies representing 12 sectors like oil, steel, chemicals, automobiles and metals took part of which 38 were short-listed. The award was given in recognition of sustained efforts in the areas of utilisation of waste and renewable energy.
