The airline will deploy the new generation Boeing 737-800 winglet aircraft for operating daily flights on the Thiruvananthapuram-

Muscat-Thiruvananthapuram sector.

The aircraft can accommodate 16 persons in the Premier class and 124 in the Economy class. It offers the latest entertainment channels on board.

As per the tentative schedule, the flight will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 7.55 a.m. to reach Muscat at 10.30 a.m. local time. In the return direction, the flight will leave from Muscat at 12.30 a.m. to reach Thiruvananthapuram at 05.35 a.m.

A senior official of the airport told The Hindu said that the slot committee was yet to give the final nod for the timings. The timings may be changed, as several flights arrive from the Gulf sector at this time and depart within one to two hours, he added.
