Ashok Seth back at Escorts Heart Institute

NEW DELHI: Dr. Ashok Seth has taken over as the new Chairman of Escorts Heart Institute here. The seasoned cardiologist will lead the “Comprehensive Cardiac Programme” at Escorts, which includes adult and paediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery, minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery.
At a press conference here , Dr. Seth said: “I have been associated with the Escorts Heart Institute for over a decade. Over the past year, the hospital has gone through a transition in terms of increased management efficiency, introduction of enhanced patient care systems and a renewed focus by the new management. This is what brings me back to the institution that I helped start and co-led.” Welcoming Dr. Seth, Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre Managing Director Shivinder Mohan Singh said: “Dr. Seth has played a key role in building this institution and bringing it at par with the best in the world”.
