Collector inspects flood-hit areas

Hyderabad Collector Navin Mittal on Tuesday visited flood-affected areas and took stock of the situation. Houses in Rakshapuram, Hafeezbabanagar, Riyasatnagar, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar and Kranti Nagar were inundated following sudden downpour on Monday night. He directed authorities to demolish houses constructed on Jahangirnagar drain to ensure free flow of water.
