‘TD failed to fulfil its role’
HYDERABAD: The Congress party has criticised Telugu Desam members for disrupting the proceedings of the house and said the party had failed to fulfil its role as the main opposition. Ministers K. Lakshminarayana and N. Raghuveera Reddy, Government Chief Whip N. Kiran Kumar Reddy and others alleged at a press conference that the TDP lacked understanding on public issues and the party was unable to focus on specific issues. It was, therefore, ‘running away’ from the house as it never did anything that served the interests if the people.
