Don Bosco makes merry
CHENNAI: Don Bosco High School, Sagayathottam beat Devi Academy HSs 6-0 in the inaugural match on Tuesday in the Fr Mohanraj memorial trophy inter-school football tournament conducted by the DBYC Broadway.
K. Alexander (two goals), S. Sarathkumar, R. Mariya Joseph, Maria John Kennedy and Mohan (one each) were the scorers.
In another match, Doveton Corrie MHSS edged Don Bosco MHSS Egmore 3-1 via the tie breaker after the teams were locked goalless at regulation time. Vignesh, Abdul and Ibrahim scored for Doveton while Zaid reduced the margin.
