PUDUCHERRY: Sixty constables from the territorial police, who had completed a commando training programme at Tamil Nadu Commando School in Marutham, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai, were felicitated by Director-General of Police A.S. Khan on Saturday at their base camp in Grorimedu Police Complex. He also distributed certificates to the commandos for successfully completing the 12-week programme. Constable Kannan came second in the final test, in which 128 trainees from across the country participated, a release said.
