Online auction of Indian arts

New Delhi: After the India Art Summit, its now the turn of online art auction house Saffronart to woo the art connoisseurs.

Saffronart, is holding its Autumn Online Auction of Contemporary Indian art early next month featuring 130 works of art by 62 artists.

“We are very excited about the attention Contemporary Indian art is drawing around the world. We have always believed that Indian contemporary art has tremendous potential,” said Director of the online auction house, Dinesh Vazirani. He said that previously held online auctions have drawn crowds from across the world making it accessible to participants who are constrained by geographical and physical limitations.
