BIDAR: Manikrao Ramachandrarao Phulekar (78), former MLA and MLC, died at his residence at Guru Nagar here on Saturday. The last rites will be performed here on Sunday at 11 a.m. Phulekar fought against the Razakars to liberate the Hyderabad-Karnataka region.
