Railways to run 10 special trains to clear Onam rush

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Southern Railway will run 10 special trains between September 8 and September 15 to clear the rush of passengers during Onam. Advance reservation to the above trains had already started.

The 0601 Chennai Central-Mangalore Special will leave Chennai Central at 5 p.m. on September 9 to arrive at Mangalore at 9.15 a.m. the next day.

The 0602 Mangalore-Chennai Central Special will leave Mangalore at 4 p.m. on September 10 to arrive at Chennai Central at 8.30 a.m. the next day.

The 0661 Chennai Central-Mangalore Special will leave Chennai Central at 10.20 p.m. on September 10 to arrive at Mangalore at 3.45 p.m. the next day.

The 0662 Mangalore-Chennai Central Special will leave Mangalore at 7 p.m. on September 11 to reach Chennai Central at 12.05 noon the next day. The 0647 Chennai Central-Mangalore Special will leave Chennai Central at 5 p.m. on September 11 to arrive at Mangalore at 9.15 a.m. the next day.

The 0648 Mangalore-Chennai Central Special will leave Mangalore at 4 p.m. on September 12 to reach Chennai Central at 8.30 a.m. the next day.

The 0641 Ernakulam-Bangalore Special will leave Ernakulam at 5 p.m. on September 8 and 15 to arrive at Bangalore at 4.20 a.m. the next day. The 0642 Bangalore-Ernakulam Special will leave Bangalore at 5.15 p.m. on September 9 and 16 to reach Ernakulam at 4.30 a.m. the next day.

The 0638 Ernakulam-Bangalore Special will leave Ernakulam at 5 p.m. on September 11 to reach Bangalore at 4.20 a.m. the next day.

The 0637 Bangalore-Ernakulam Special will leave Bangalore at 6.45 p.m. on September 12 to arrive at Ernakulam at 6.30 a.m. the next day. The 0635 Chennai Central- Thiruvananthapuram Central Special will leave Chennai Central at 3.15 p.m. on September 10 and 12 to arrive at Thiruvananthapuram Central at 7.45 a.m. the next day. The 0636 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Chennai Central Special will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12.00 noon on September 11 and 13 to arrive at Chennai Central at 4.55 a.m. the next day.

The 0657 Chennai Central-Thiruvananthapuram Central Special will leave Chennai Central at 5 p.m. on September 14 to arrive at Thiruvananthapuram Central at 9.30 a.m. the next day. The 0658 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Chennai Central Special will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12 noon on September 15 to arrive at Chennai Central at 4.55 a.m. the next day.

The 0696 Mangalore-Thiruvananthapuram Central Special will leave Mangalore at 7.45 p.m. on September 9, 11 and 13 to arrive at Thiruvananthapuram Central at 9. 30 a.m. the next day. The 0695 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Mangalore Special will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 8 p.m. on September 10, 12, 14 to reach Mangalore at 10.15 a.m. the next day.

The 0659 Chennai Egmore-Thiruvananthapuram Central Special will leave Chennai Egmore at 3 p.m. on September 11 to reach Thiruvananthapuram Central at 7.45 a.m. the next day. The 0660 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Chennai Egmore Special, in the return direction, will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12 noon on September 12 to reach Chennai Egmore at 4.55 a.m. the next day.

The 0659 Chennai Egmore-Thiruvananthapuram Central Special will leave Chennai Egmore at 3 p.m. on September 13 to reach Thiruvananthapuram Central at 7.45 a.m. the next day. The 0660 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Chennai Egmore Special will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12.00 noon on September 14 to reach Chennai Egmore at 4.55 a.m. the next day.
