Gurgaon: In a broad daylight robbery, armed men looted a branch of Punjab and Sind Bank in Jamalpur village and decamped with Rs 7.57 lakh on Saturday. Three motor cycle borne youth forced their entry into the bank branch situated on Gurgaon-Pataudi road at about 11 a.m., hitting the security guard at the gate with a revolver butt and leaving him unconscious, Gurgaon Police Commissioner Mohinder Lal said. The assailants then looted the bank at gunpoint ordering people not to move.
