Cadets help in voter enrolment

Helping hand: NCC cadets seen helping out residents of New Kummariwada colony in Adilabad town to enrol as voters on Sunday.
ADILABAD: NCC cadets from the 30 (Andhra) Battalion of Adilabad on Sunday helped the district administration in enrolment of voters in town, the day being the last meant for registering the names in the voters list. Adilabad RDO Krishna Reddy addressed the 250 cadets who participated in the special drive to enrol at the Degree College for men before they spanned out in different localities in town.
Five cadets accompanied each of the 32 Municipal councillors in the drive. Deputy Tahsildar T. Rajender Singh also participated.
