Corrections and clarifications

>>The caption of the accompanying photograph in a report “We have fulfilled CMP commitment: Manmohan” (August 31, 2008) was “Prime Minister Manmohan Singh presents the National Award for Excellence in MSE lending to H.A. Daruwalla, Chairman and Managing Director Central Bank of India, in New Delhi on Saturday.” It should have been Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), as given in the text. Ms H.A. Daruwalla is the Chairperson and Managing Director, Central Bank of India.

>>The fourth paragraph of a report “India studying revised NSG draft” (August 30, 2008, page 1) was “With the 45-nation NSG set to meet again in plenary session on August 4, time would appear to be running out for both the U.S. and India.” It should have been September 4, as a number of readers have pointed out. (It was a reporting error.)
