BANGALORE: The State Government has proposed the name of S.M. Jayakar, Professor of Prosthodontics, to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare for nomination as member of the Dental Council of India. He will take the place of S. Ramananda Shetty, Director of Medical Education, who has since retired.
