Awards for promoting blood donation

Thiruvananthapuram: All Saints College, Thiruvananthapuram, has won the award instituted by Terumo Penpol for the college which best promotes voluntary blood donation.

UST Global was selected as the best company promoting voluntary blood donation, Desasnehi, Nellimood was adjudged the best NGO. Infosys Technologies, Thiruvananthapuram, MA College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, NAM College, Kallikandy, Kannur and Sacred Heart College, Chalakudy, will also be given awards for their efforts to promote voluntary blood donation.

The award function is scheduled to be held at the Vyloppilly Samskrithi Bhavan, Nanthancode on September 29.
