THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Aided Higher Secondary Teachers Association held a dharna before the Higher Secondary Directorate here on Monday to press a seven- point charter of demands.
The demands included promotion of junior teachers with three years of service as senior teachers, consideration of junior service also for grade, increasing casual leave to 20 days and sanctioning of T.A and D.A for cluster monitoring work.
The dharna was inaugurated by the state president of the organisastion Nedumbana Anil.
