Residents block road in Namakkal

NAMAKKAL: Over 200 residents of Namakkal town blocked the traffic in Thuraiyur road here on Thursday protesting against the shortage in the supply of cooking gas. They claimed that the agencies were supplying domestic LPG three months after registering for a re-fill. They wanted the government to take steps to ensure adequate supply of cooking gas.
