MoU signed

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Hindustan Latex Limited (HLL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) on Thursday to set up a Technology Business Incubation Centre (TBIC) at RGCB. The centre is meant to translate available technologies into health care products for the masses. —Special Correspondent
