dated September 5, 1958: New Govt. for Lebanon

Mr. Rashid Karami, a Lebanese opposition leader, will form a new cabinet under the President-elect, Gen. Faud Chehab, it is reliably learnt. Mr. Karami told the PTI in Beirut on September 3 that he would call for the withdrawal of the American forces still on Lebanon and that Lebanon would return to the traditional policy of neutrality.
