CARING HANDS: Army doctors attending to flood-hit people in Madhepura, Bihar, on Thursday. Reports said the flood situation in the worst-hit Madhepura, Supaul and Purnea districts has eased, with water receding in several areas. Army and Navy contingents have evacuated over 7.69 lakh people.
