Six arrested

BANGALORE: The Ulsoorgate police arrested six persons for allegedly selling brown sugar on Brigade Road and recovered 500 grams of brown sugar.

On a tip-off, a team of policemen went to the Brigade Road in the guise of purchasers and caught the accused. The police gave the names of the accused as Venkatasubbaiah (45), Sahul (45), Raju (28), Prasad (45), Maruti (35) and Kumaraswamy (55).
