Counselling for minority students

HYDERABAD: The final phase of online decentralised counselling for admission into minority engineering and pharmacy colleges began on Thursday at Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Vishakapatnam and Kadapa centres.
It is being held in Andhra Pradesh Veterinary Association Hall in Shantinagar.
Counselling for the approximately 5,400 seats in the engineering and pharmacy courses in about 60 Muslim, Christian and Sikh colleges will be taking place during this phase.
EAMCET-2008
According to a press release from Consortium of Andhra Pradesh Minority Educational Institutions, over 17,400 Muslim students have qualified in EAMCET-2008 and the remaining seats will be offered to non-minority students as per the existing rules.
Counselling for the B. Pharmacy (BPC) stream will be start from September 10.
