Sun TV charge against RCV

Special Correspondent

CHENNAI: Sun TV has alleged that Royal Cable Vision (RCV) was carrying out a “systematic false campaign” against the network, saying it was refusing to provide its signals to RCV.

In a statement here on Wednesday, the network said it had never refused signals to multi system operators (MSO). The RCV’s charge that the network had refused digital feed to Arasu Cable TV Corporation was not true. On the other hand, it was negotiating with officials of the Arasu Cable TV for giving its digital feed. The network alleged that RCV was beaming its signals in Madurai illegally for which the network had filed a case against the RCV.
