‘Depute team to Orissa’

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Pradesh Congress Minority Cell has urged the Centre to depute an all- party delegation to Orissa for a first-hand assessment of the attacks on Dalits and minorities. The cell has also decided to institute an Orissa relief fund to provide assistance to the victims in the attacks. The fund would be formally inaugurated on September 9.
