Mr. Harold Macmillan and his full cabinet on September 8 discussed Britain’s current racial disorders and the situation in the disturbed Mediterranean colony of Cyprus. Recent racial clashes in London and at Nottingham have caused widespread speculation on whether the government will take action to control the flow of immigrants to Britain.
