Ravindra takes over as JNTU Registrar

Kakinada: V. Ravindra, professor of civil engineering in JNTU Engineering College, took over as the Registrar of JNTU, Kakinada.
Dr. Ravindra did B. Tech in civil engineering during 1983-87 from the JNTU Engineering College and M.Tech in structural engineering from Andhra University during 1987-89. He joined JNTU as an associate professor and was promoted to the post of professor. He had joined the IIT, Bombay, on deputation as a research scholar and successfully completed his PhD in civil engineering in 2002. At JNTU Engineering College, Dr. Ravindra worked as deputy project engineer, officer in-charge of examinations and hostels and project engineer (civil). He has 30 publications in various journals and national and international conferences.
