Housing scheme

Thiruvananthapuram: The housing scheme being implemented in Arattupuzha panchayat in Alappuzha as part of the tsunami rehabilitation programme was inaugurated by Revenue Minister K.P. Rajendran recently. Some 2,956 houses are being constructed in Arattupuzha as part of the rehabilitation programme. The amount set apart for the construction is Rs.57 crore. The project is expected to be completed by March. – Special Correspondent
