Basu undergoes Holter monitor test

KOLKATA:There was no change in the clinical parameters of veteran Marxist leader Jyoti Basu who underwent a Holter monitor (electrocardiography) test on Friday.
He will undergo another CT scan on Sunday and the reports will be tabled before the medical board on Monday, physicians attending on him said.
The medical bulletin of the AMRI hospital said a team of doctors was monitoring his condition. There is no change in his treatment plan, the bulletin added.
Mr. Basu was admitted to the hospital on September 7 after a blood clot on the left surface of his brain was revealed in a check up that he underwent following a fall at his residence on September 4.
