Jaipur: A case of trespassing and damage to property was filed against the Rajasthan Minister of State for Health and 19 others at Banswara district, police said. The case was filed on Saturday following a direction by Chief Judicial Magistrate Brajesh Purohit. A case was filed in the CJM court against Joshi and 19 others by a business man Gopi Ram Agarwal on January 4, 2008. Agarwal alleged that the minister and his supporters came to his house, threatened his family members and damaged property. --PTI
