TUMKUR: The former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda said here on Sunday that he will not contest the next Lok Sabha elections. He told presspersons that he was completely disillusioned with the present system of governance. He said: “Nobody can set it right. I have lost all hopes of correcting the system. I am categorically telling that I will not contest the next Lok Sabha Election,” Mr. Gowda said. He said: “My health is very poor.” — Staff Correspondent
