Rajahmundry: The ‘golden flame’ ignited from the first oil well of ONGC discovered some 50 years ago, was taken in a rally to various parts of the city Wednesday. The rally started its second day from ONGC Base Complex where it was flagged off by A. A. Khan, ED-Asset Manager. First, it went to ONGC central workshop in Dowleswaram. After passing through various areas, it culminated in ONGC Base complex, where Mr. Khan handed over the torch to the rally captain.
