Mathematics Olympiad results released

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Association of Mathematics Teachers (APAMT) has announced the dates for XXXVI Mathematical Olympiad-2008. The last date for submitting the entries for the competition is November 5 and the event will be held on 29 of the same month, according to a press release issued by the organisation.

The association has released the results of last year’s competitions.

While Bapatla Engineering College topped at the degree level, SPR School of Excellence, Netaji Nagar, Nalgonda, and Little Flower High School, Chirag Ali Lane, Hyderabad, stood first in junior and sub-junior levels.

The association has been instrumental in conducting mathematics Olympiads is the State.
