‘Dial-a-ticket’

The ‘Dial-a-ticket’ service has been launched on the Railways integrated train enquiry number 139, according to the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager G.V.L. Satya Kumar. Passengers need to have a cash card to buy tickets on phone. The ticket is delivered at his address or e-mailed or faxed. SMS facility on 139 will be launched soon.
