Safety award for DLB

The Visakhapatnam Dock Labour Board received the National Safety Award for outstanding performance in maintaining industrial safety for the year 2006, in New Delhi recently.

Union Minister of State for Shipping K.H. Muniappaji gave away the trophy and merit certificate to VDLB Labour Welfare Officer S.V. Bhaskara Rao who received it on behalf of the deputy chairman on Wednesday.
