VIZIANAGARAM: The fourth phase of mass marriage (Kalyanamasthu) conducted by Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams free of cost will be held on November 2, according to TTD member and MLA P. Sambasiva Raju. At a press conference, he said the last date for submission of applications is October 21.
