Kakinada: The Indian Coast Guard’s Kakinada station and Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board jointly observed the International Coastal Clean-up Day at the beach. Zilla parishad chairman Ch Venugopala Krishna participated as chief guest in the programme.
