Kalamkari printers seek Centre’s help

NEW DELHI: Vegetable hand-block Kalamkari printers of Pedana in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh have sought the Centre’s help to uplift their small-scale industry which is facing crises.

They have asked Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) Sanjay Agarwal to allow them to participate in the annual buyer-seller meet of the Apparel Export Promotion Council being held in Delhi free of cost and also at the international trade fair organised by the Union Commerce Ministry.
