3 Congress activists suspended

PUDUCHERRY: Pradesh Congress Committee president A.V. Subramanian on Thursday said that three activists of the party had been suspended from primary membership on the ground of bringing disrepute to the organisation.

In a statement here, he said A. Shahjahan of Tirupattinam, M. David of Karaikovilpathu and R. Pappian of Kizhkasakudi had created trouble at a reception accorded to Chief Minister V. Vaithilingam and Revenue Minister Malladi Krishna Rao in Karaikal.
