Man apprehended

The City Task Force police on Thursday apprehended a man for dealing with semi-precious stones without license.

The accused T. Madhusudhana Rao of Gajuwaka was taken into custody when he was in possession of the coloured stones, weighing around 700 gm, at Pendurthy.

The accused said that they would fetch him around Rs.30,000, according to CTF SI Anand Reddy.

The accused and the seized material were handed over to the Pendurthy Police for further investigation.
