Venkataswami passes away

CHENNAI: K. Venkataswami, former Supreme Court Judge who enquired into the Tehelka case, died here on Friday after a brief illness. He was 75.

He had served as a Judge of the Madras High Court and was later elevated as the Chief Justice of the Patna High Court.
