Nedumabassery: The body of the Indian woman, Rani Krishnan (26) who was killed in the crossfire between terrorists and defence personnel in Yemen on September 17, was brought back home on Friday. The body arrived at the Cochin international airport by a Qatar Airways flight at 6.25 a.m. and was received by her father Prasad Krishnan along with relatives. Two members of the Yemen Malayalee Associationaccompanied the body. Rani left to take up employment in Yemen four months ago and had been working as a nurse at a hospital in Sana. She was on her way to work when she died along with 16 others in the crossfire.
